Il Divo, najpopularniejszy kwartet klasyczno-popowy, zapowiedział premierę szóstej płyty pt. „A Musical Affair”. Krążek ma ukazać się w listopadzie br.  Będzie to zbiór najbardziej znanych utworów musicalowych, wystawianych na Brodway’u - od „Upiora w Operze”, „Nędzników” po „West Side Story”. Il Divo w charakterystyczny – wzruszający i pełen emocji sposób – na nowo interpretują takie klasyki jak „Some Enchanted Evening” (South Pacific), „Bring Him Home,” (Nędznicy), „Tonight,” (West Side Story).
Na płycie usłyszymy zachwycający duet z Barbrą Streisand w wykonywanym na żywo utworze  „Music of the Night” (Upiór w operze), ale również z Kristin Chenoweth w „All I Ask Of You” (Upiór w operze), Nicole Scherzinger w „Memory” (Koty), Heather Headley w „Can You Feel The Love Tonight” (Król Lew) czy „Love Changes Everything” z  Michaelem Ball. 
Producentem płyty jest James Nederlander. Album dostępny będzie na nośniku CD oraz w specjalnej wersji deluxe wzbogaconej o DVD z ekskluzywnym wywiadem o magii musicali (“The Magic of Musicals”) oraz 20 stronicową książeczkę.
